Learn to Juggle
Learn to juggle. Or at least to toss and catch a ball.
Juggling is a workout for your body and your brain. Did you know that juggling has proven to increase the amount of gray matter in the brain (2004 study by Nature Magazine)? Tossing balls and taking steps to learn how to juggle is beneficial for all age groups and body types. It sharpens focus, improves coordination, and makes exercising with family and friends easy and fun.
Christy Miele will share her ball tossing techniques with us for 4 Sundays from 11:30 – 12:30 p.m.
This is a partner activity. Parent(s) and their child(ren) over 10 are encouraged to take part in this brain expanding workout that is fun for the whole family.
