A Legacy of Love Co-Challenge Grant

Campaign Steering Committee leaders have been informed that an anonymous parish member has made a $500,000 challenge grant to the Legacy of Love Capital Campaign. We are inviting our community to help secure the Challenge Grant.

Each new contribution will be matched dollar for dollar until we secure the match. Many parish members made a gift to the campaign, but that may have been in 2023 or 2024.

John Goettler announced the Challenge Grant on Sunday, January 26 at the Annual Meeting. Several parish members approached John and Jimmy about the match. We have secured a number of gifts in support of the challenge and we invited you to consider making an additional donation in the next few weeks. John and Jimmy continue to meet with potential donors, and have secured a $100,000 gift from a community member with no ties to St. John's Church.
