Book Discussion
Work with us toward racial reconciliation and healing!
Many of you are reading Austin Channing Brown’s I’m Still Here: Black Dignity in a World Made for Whiteness.
Our ZOOM discussions on Wednesday July 8 were powerful and we appreciate all of you that joined.
On Thursday, July 16, we will offer two in-person discussions under our tent at 10 AM and 6 PM lasting one hour. The content of the meetings are the same and meant to provide you with multiple time offerings.
We will begin to evaluate how we move forward as a community in addressing racism together. Our work in reading Brown’s book is done in collaboration with Shepherd of the Mountains Lutheran Church and The Presbyterian Church of Jackson Hole. We will also continue to communicate with leadership of both of those churches to discern how we might engage one another in the future.
