We regret to share that due to a number of unavoidable circumstances we have to cancel this month's CAMPFIRE. We hope to reschedule the Youth Open Mic Night for a near date in the future, stay tuned!
This month, CAMPFIRE teams up with the JH Youth Alliance and local churches to host a special outdoor Open Mic for students grades 6-12 at the Courtyard at the Virginian. Kids, let Travis know if you are interested in performing by emailing [email protected].
Calling all musicians, poets, magicians, other performers! Bring your passion and talent to the courtyard of the Virginian for a special open mic designed to highlight, celebrate, and amplify the art of local students!
Interested performers can sign-up the night of, or inform their church leaders in advance of their desire to participate. S’mores and snacks will be provided, and Billy’s Burgers and Saloon fare available. Friends and family are welcome as audience members for this ALL AGES event!
CAMPFIRE reimagines how we gather as community. Each month, we bring in guest speakers for a unique, participatory storytelling experience, hosted in a subtly ritualized framework, to explore what most drives, moves and inspires us.
Free and open to the public.
