St. John’s Church is seeking a part-time maintenance worker for our campuses. This person will monitor the grounds, buildings, and systems (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) and perform routine repairs and maintenance. They will maintain the safety and appearance of the campus, assist with room set up, keep a digital maintenance log, and communicate with contractors and vendors. The candidate must be knowledgeable in the use of power tools and hand tools, be able to lift 50 pounds and be comfortable working on a ladder.
