Susan Marsh’s poetry explores the interdependence of humans and wild nature. Her poetry chapbook This Earth Has Been Too Generous was published in 2022, and a second chapbook, Passings, is forthcoming in fall 2024. Her books include an award-winning novel, War Creek, and ten non-fiction books, including A Hunger for High Country and Saving Wyoming’s Hoback, winner of the Wallace Stegner Prize in Environmental Humanities. She writes a monthly column “Back to Nature” for Mountain Journal.
